On-Demand Webinar: Effectively Secure Your Software Supply Chain with SBOM Management

This webinar was originally presented on November 21, 2024

The open source code in most software applications is putting your organization at substantial risk from vulnerabilities and licensing restrictions. The infamous Log4j,  SolarWinds and XZ Utils hacks are perfect examples of what can happen.

To strengthen software supply chain security, numerous cyber mandates have been adopted, impacting government, financial, healthcare, and other industries. These include Executive Order 14028, Section 3305 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, the Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive, The New York State Department of Financial Services’ 23 NYCRR500, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), among others.

One common element of each of these mandates is the Software Bill of Materials, or SBOM, which provides an “ingredients list” of all libraries and components that make up an application.

Watch Eracent’s free webinar to learn more about how to leverage SBOMs to:

  • Comply with cyber mandates
  • Minimize library and component-level vulnerabilities
  • Reduce license risk, and
  • Manage obsolescence.

Who Should Watch?

  • CISOs and corporate security professionals
  • SAM and ITAM teams who contribute to security initiatives, and
  • Application Development leaders and team members.

This session is available for viewing on demand, so be sure to register to gain access to the recording.
