Oracle licensing has always presented challenges. It's easy to inadvertently utilize features, options or configurations that can result in unexpected expenditures. With the transition to cloud environments, there are new challenges to be aware of in order to remain compliant and minimize licensing costs.

This session will focus on:

  • The specialized licensing metrics for cloud environments
  • Data from SAM tools that can identify cloud-based Oracle licenses
  • How you can use this information to track and reconcile Oracle license usage.

If you are using any of these cloud environments, you need to attend!

  • Amazon Web Services Relational Database Services (RDS) & Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Oracle Public Cloud
  • IBM Bluemix Cloud
